About the role

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Restaurant Service Crew to join our team at Bonding Kitchen in the Orchard Central Region. As a full-time member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking customer orders and responding to their requests and needs
  • Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
  • Assisting with general restaurant duties as required
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within a restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English, and Mandarin or other languages preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
