Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, rollout, and optimisation of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps, then curate targeted interventions to close them.
  • When needed, design and facilitate learning initiatives that elevate capabilities and performance across teams.
  • Partner with Business Unit Heads and cross-functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with organisational goals.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on programme effectiveness and impact.
  • Design and drive talent identification and leadership development programmes to build a strong leadership bench.
  • Collaborate with leaders on organisational development efforts—anticipating challenges and delivering strategies that enable change and improve effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide the team while reporting to the Head, Talent Management, Learning & Organisation Development.
