This position is part of the APAC Commercial Team located in Singapore and will be remote with expectations to attend the local IDT office from time to time. At IDT, we are one global team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities; implement expansion strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends to drive competitive advantage.
  • Work with IDT Product Marketing and Product Management, as well as with APAC Sales, to develop accurate customer segmentation, develop the workflows and value process mapping, and drive field programs with sales team to promote full workflow solutions.
  • Work together with the Global Marketing team to ensure highly effective and timely, on-the-ground execution of marketing campaigns, web-based initiatives and conference participation. Monitor the success of APAC marketing campaigns by using advanced digital tagging and metrics to ensure that key performance indicators are met. This includes executing and keeping track of all marketing related actions within the growth initiatives.
  • Build strategic alliances with Danaher Operating Companies to boost IDT's market presence. Act as the primary point-of-contact and collaborate to ensure increased participation of IDT in various Danaher initiated marketing events.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote their IDT's products and services. Collect all MQL's through different modes and take actions to convert them to SQLs with support from the sales team.
  • Conduct channel partner motivation programs, customer specific meet & greet events and work with sales to identify & maintain strong relationships with KOL.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Graduate in Life Sciences or Allied industry.
  • Must have 8+ years' experience in Sales, business development, customer management, and lead generation activities. Product marketing experience a very strong plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required, with the ability to multitask and prioritize large projects.
  • Strong cross-functional management skills required; with proven ability to influence, work, collaborate, and communicate with regional Sales teams.
  • Ability to travel 50% of time within APAC region.

It would be a plus if you also possess experience in:

  • Experience in the Lifesciences market segment and a deep understanding of customer needs across APAC.
  • A structured approach to problem solving, funnel management and driving growth initiatives
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.
