About the role

Brace Concepts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Kampong Ubi Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing detailed cost estimates, prepare tender & contract documents including bills of quantities and specifications for construction projects
  2. Conducting site measurements and quantity surveys to verify work done
  3. Drafting and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  4. Assisting with procurement and contract administration tasks
  5. Collaborating with project managers, architects, vendors and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects
  6. Providing technical support and advice to the wider project team

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Drafter in the construction industry
  3. Proficient in using CAD software and quantity surveying tools
  4. Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Effective communication and teamwork skills
