About the role
Brace Concepts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor Cum Drafter to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Kampong Ubi Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, prepare tender & contract documents including bills of quantities and specifications for construction projects
- Conducting site measurements and quantity surveys to verify work done
- Drafting and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Assisting with procurement and contract administration tasks
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, vendors and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Providing technical support and advice to the wider project team
What we're looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Drafter in the construction industry
- Proficient in using CAD software and quantity surveying tools
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
