Senior/Assistant Manager, Clinical Research Operations

Job Scope:

  • Partner with various stakeholders to plan, execute, and coordinate assigned clinical and primary care research projects/programmes.
  • Oversee project funding and expenditure, including liaising with funders, processing purchases, and monitoring budget utilisation.
  • Support research grants administration, including claims processing, verification, and submission of variations.
  • Track project milestones and organise regular review meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related materials for internal and external use.
  • Facilitate research administration processes such as Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications, and drafting/reviewing research agreements.
  • Assist with subject recruitment, including obtaining consent and addressing participant queries.
  • Maintain accurate study records in compliance with research protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage research data, including extraction, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
  • Contribute to organisational projects, events, and other initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in clinical or primary care research.
  • Good knowledge of GCP, research ethics, clinical trials, and regulatory affairs.
  • Strong project management and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence is an advantage.
