The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Manager, you will own the brand story, inspire a talented team, and deliver campaigns that make waves across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. If you're ready to turn big ideas into bigger results, we want you on our team

In this role, you'll get to:

  1. Shape the Strategy & Build the Brand

· Craft and execute integrated marketing strategies that set us apart in a competitive FMCG landscape.

· Elevate brand visibility, awareness, and loyalty through innovative campaigns.

· Decode market trends and consumer insights to spot opportunities before anyone else.

· Ensure our brand voice is consistent, bold, and unforgettable across all touchpoints.

  1. Lead & Inspire a Dynamic Marketing Team

· Be the coach, mentor, and motivator your team needs to thrive.

· Set clear KPIs, guide performance, and celebrate wins together.

· Build a culture of collaboration and creativity by working closely with key accounts, product, and supply chain teams.

  1. Marketing & Campaigns – Digital + Traditional Excellence

· Lead end-to-end marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

· Collaborate with our digital specialist on social, SEO/SEM, paid ads, content, and email marketing.

· Plan and execute buzz-worthy product launches (PR events), trade shows, sponsorships, and consumer activations.

· Own ATL & BTL campaigns — TV, print, POSM, and in-store activations.

· Drive brand visibility, online engagement, lead generation, and e-commerce growth.

· Monitor KPIs, optimize campaigns, and ensure maximum ROI.

· Manage budgets smartly to deliver impactful, high-performing campaigns.

  1. Budget, Measure & Optimize

· Own the annual marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum growth.

· Track campaign performance, present insights, and drive data-backed decisions.

· Measure success with post-event ROI metrics and continuously raise the bar.

What you'll need to succeed:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

· years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role within FMCG.

· Proven success managing digital, traditional, and event-driven campaigns

· A hands-on leader who inspires teams and drives results.

· Strategic, creative, and data-driven — the perfect marketing trifecta.

· Hands-on experience with digital tools, analytics, and marketing platforms.

· Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
