About the role

As an Accounts Executive at ACE INFRASTRUCTURE PTE LTD', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of its accounting operations. This full-time position is based in Macpherson Central Region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
  2. Preparing monthly financial statements and reports
  3. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  4. Handling bank reconciliations and petty cash management
  5. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  6. Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments

  7. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

  8. Prepare full set of accounts, financial statements and assist in year-end audits

  9. Perform general accounting and finance duties, invoice/PO processing, payment vouchers (P&L / B/S and other financial analysis)
  10. Payroll & Submission of CPF and GST
  11. Matching of invoice received with PO, DO & quotation
  12. Liaise with clients and suppliers
  13. Verify staff claims and petty cash summary
  14. Maintain proper filling of business corresponding and documents
  15. Periodical reporting package to the director

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounts executive or bookkeeping role
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
  4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
