About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR & Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team at Rising Technologies Pte Ltd, a leading. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating some HR functions and supply chain operations, playing a vital part in supporting the company's continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support for HR processes such as renewal of certifications.
- Coordinating supply chain logistics, including inventory management, order processing, and vendor relations
- Identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the supply chain
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
- Assisting with the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance supply chain performance
- Generating reports and analysing data to provide insights and support decision-making
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR and/or supply chain coordinator role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using supply chain management software, as well as Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadline.
