The **Senior Supply Chain Manager** is responsible for building the processes and a team involved in Purchasing, Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Material Master Management, Warehousing and Logistics. Interfacing with other functional leaders, the manager is a key member in Pall’s multi-year capacity expansion in Singapore.

The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Tuas, Singapore.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Establish the processes and team to drive the end-to-end supply chain functions, covering purchasing, production planning, material planning, inventory management, material master management, warehouse and logistics of the site
- Develop robust and sustainable standard works by leveraging Danaher Business System and Danaher Material System; robust and effective reporting tools to provide performance visibility
- Optimize production planning to maximize outputs and optimize the inventory with accuracy to minimize scrap/wastage/variance
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, EHS & S, Finance, Customer Service, Commercial Teams, etc. to deliver excellent results based on Pall’s core value drivers
- Improve OTD, Working Capital, PPV while reducing Past Due, Scraps, Non-Conformance Supply
- Be part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension and product launches to ensure timely and orderly material/production flow transitions
- Establish strong supplier networks to ensure business continuity for material supply

**The essential requirement of the job include**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or Science preferred, with more than 5 years of experience in the related supply chain roles and more than 2 years of leadership experience
- Advanced competency in SAP ERP system - MM, PP, WM and SD
- Mastery of Microsoft productivity suites. Advanced Excel skills are required
- Competency in dashboard reporting tools, e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI with in-depth analytics
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and solve complex challenges; driving problem-solving and continuous improvements

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Supply chain, production planning and inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Leading cross-functional projects to deliver the organization's goals.
- APICS Certified Production Inventory Management (CPIM) (or equivalent)
