Job Title: Sr. Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee the import and export of materials and machineries.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in customs regulations and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Import and Export Operations: Plan and execute the timely import and export of materials and machineries, ensuring compliance with customs rules and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of materials and machineries, ensuring accurate tracking and storage.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize the supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Customs Compliance: Ensure adherence to customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on logistics operations, including metrics on cost savings, delivery times, and inventory levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Knowledge of Customs Regulations: In-depth understanding of customs laws, procedures, and regulations.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Leadership Experience: Ability to lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals.
