Job Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing: sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, and order follow-up.
  • Procure materials, components, and equipment per MRP.
  • Expedite orders to meet production schedules.

Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain for timely deliveries.
  • Monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery, and inventory.
  • Handle RMA/NCT returns.

Inventory & Logistics

  • Oversee inventory management and enforce stocking rules.
  • Liaise with logistics for shipments, tracking, and customs compliance.

Reporting & Cost Control

  • Process purchasing documentation (vendor setup, PO/DN/invoice submissions).
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in related industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
