The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with the client who is a global leader in networking solutions, the company designs and delivers innovative connectivity products used worldwide in homes and businesses. Partnering with ODMs and global suppliers, it drives high-quality production, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

We are seeking for the Buyer (ODM) who oversees full order management from quotation to shipment with global manufacturing partners. The role ensures accurate purchasing execution, timely delivery, and cost efficiency while supporting NPI activities and supplier coordination for ODM-produced products.

  • Work location: East-Central
  • Work hours: 9am to 6pm (2 days WFH)
  • Salary: up to $6,000 + VB

The Job:

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing for networking components with global ODM/OEM suppliers.
  • Drive sourcing, cost negotiation, and supplier consolidation to meet cost targets.
  • Oversee NPI, ECO, and EOL activities to minimize material risk and ensure supply continuity.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, and Quality on shortage and quality issues.
  • Monitor supplier performance on delivery, cost, and quality metrics.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data and prepare cost, forecast, and inventory reports

The Talent:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering with 3-8 years' experience in electronics or ODM/OEM procurement.
  • Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NPI, ECO, and EOL processes.
  • Skilled in supplier negotiation and relationship management.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced global environment.
