Singapore AIKIT PTE. LTD. Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

The QA Intern will play a key role in supporting Aikit's quality assurance operations across our central kitchen and vending network. This internship provides hands-on experience in food testing, hygiene inspections, and quality documentation within a fast-paced food technology environment. The intern will assist in conducting shelf-life studies, coordinating laboratory samples, updating QA procedures, and participating in internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in Food Science or Food Technology who are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world, tech-driven F&B setting.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate Food science, Food Technology background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Familiarity with food safety standards (eg.HACCP, GMP)
  • Comfortable working in a central kitchen and QA environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting shelf-life testing and reviewing test result
  • Coordinate sample preparation and retention for laboratory testing
  • Help monitor and update SOPs for QA procedures and documentation
  • Participate in internal audits and hygiene inspections for Central Kitchen and Vending machine
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformances
