E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:
The candidate will be the main owner of the ecommerce channels, ensuring smooth daily operations and drive sales according to brand guidelines. He/She will also be working closely with the Ecommerce Manager to assist in the development of the ecommerce business including optimization of our online stores, co-creating unique customer experience and supporting digital projects. The ideal candidate will need to be well-versed in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Job Description
- Assist with ecommerce operations across e-marketplaces and , inclusive but not limited to inventory management, and customer service
- Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic trends.
- Support sales growth by working with both internal and external partners to plan and execute seamless online campaigns to achieve key performance metrics
- Work closely with the marketing team on e-merchandising, and content to deliver excellent customer experience online
- Conduct competitor research and analysis within the ecommerce industry to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities
- Support the implementation of new ecommerce initiative, working cross functionally to coordinate resources to support online channel development
- To support in any other ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management
- Experience in managing e-marketplaces, especially Lazada or Shopee, is highly preferred
- Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
