Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Arrange, update, and follow up on payment schedules; submit daily and weekly reports to management.
  • Oversee audit of financial transactions and accounting document control procedures.
  • Prepare and arrange daily sales reports for Management.
  • Prepare and report the annual Fixed Asset Depreciation Report to Director & Management.
  • Liaise with government authorities on accounting and financial matters, including audit and GST.
  • Coordinate and communicate with parties involved in the account audit; work closely with management for the audit.
  • Liaise with external parties such as banks and government authorities on account and costing matters.
  • Prepare daily credit card reconciliation reports, daily bank balance reports, and updates on daily bank transactions.
  • Manage petty cash, process reimbursement forms, prepare bank deposits for counter cash collections, and oversee monthly inventory stock take, disposal, and write-off for assets and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with relevant field or LCCI Accounting
  • At least 5 years of working experience in accounts
  • Well organized, meticulous, good team player and detailed
