We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our tuition centre as a Admin Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the administrative functions of the centre.


•Location : Punggol


•4-5 work days/wk

Our work schedule are base on 3 week rotation shift.

Week 1 : (Off-Thu & Fri) 5 days work

Week 2 : (Off-Wed & Sun) 5 days work

Week 3 : (Off-Mon,Tue & Sat) 4 days work

Work hours

Mon- Fri: 12pm-8pm / 2.30pm-10.30pm

Sat & Sun : 8am or 9am (9hrs -11hrs )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits (walk-ins).
  • Process registrations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming environment for students and visitors.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team and management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Must be flexible and able to commit to shift hours and work on weekends.
  • No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
