Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and software solutions
  • Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity and data protection measures
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, Xero, AutoCAD)
  • Ensure seamless operation of network systems, cloud platforms, and data backups
  • Monitor and maintain secure access control systems including CCTV/IP integrations
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and system upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA, MOM regulations, and industry standards
  • Lead internal IT policy enforcement and conduct system audits regularly
  • Provide troubleshooting support and training for company staff
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering
  • At least 6 years of relevant IT management experience , preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector
  • Strong hands-on skills in network administration, cybersecurity frameworks , system integration, and enterprise-level software
  • Familiarity with construction-related systems or software (e.g., AutoCAD, Project Management tools, Xero)
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL are highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • High accountability and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
