Singapore HOME RENO Full time $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Home Reno Pte Ltd is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, customer-oriented Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you'll connect with new homeowners, provide tailored renovation consultations, and oversee projects from start to finish.

This is a commission-based position with consultants earning an average of $5,000–$7,000 per month.

While working hours are flexible, most client meetings take place on weekends, so availability during those times is key. To help you succeed, we'll provide 10–15 qualified sales leads every month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with homeowners interested in renovation services
  • Conduct consultations and propose design concepts suited to their needs
  • Guide clients in selecting materials, finishes, fittings, and colors
  • Prepare detailed renovation proposals and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns
  • Deliver excellent service before, during, and after project completion

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for interior design, home improvement, and client service
  • Positive, self-driven, and motivated to achieve sales results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work on weekends and adapt to flexible hours
  • Prior experience in renovation or sales is an advantage (training provided)
