Job summary:

This role will be support the leasing department in daily operations and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in administration of lease documentation

• Prepare manual refund forms

• Chase monthly arrears

• Raise invoice request forms for all ad hoc billings and credit note memo

• Liaise with Finance on payments, queries, billings etc.

• Regular update of leasing floor plan

Key Qualifications:

• Minimally a Diploma or GCE 'N'/'O' Levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Meticulous individual who is highly organised and has good time management skill

• SAP system knowledge and prior experience in the retail environment are plus points
