**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Admin & Operations Manager to support the administration, billing and operational processes of the home.
- Uphold PDPA guidelines at all times.
- Updating of billing details in CARES system.
- Processing of receipts and invoices.
- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to AWWA Home. Attend to all enquiries. Channel enquiries to relevant personnel/departments.
- Provide financial counselling prior to admission.
- Assist in keys management (distribution / collection).
- Ensure that all in-coming and out-going mails are recorded and despatched appropriately daily. Monitor postage stamps stock and replenish when stock runs low.
- Provide the required administrative support (including but not limited to, filing, photocopying, data entry, attendance taking and collating data from respective surveys).
- Provide logistics support for meetings and events.
- Support in sourcing and procurement.
- Coordinate visits and event management.
- Collate data and documentations for reports and funding matters for submission to the relevant authority.
- Follow-up and work with Admin & Operations Manager such as reporting defects and coordination.
- Maintain asset / inventory including but not limited to stationery, corporate T-shirts, donated items/disposal records, and asset tagging when required.
- To assist with internal audit checks when required.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Assist to cover reception duties and counter operations, temperature monitoring, health declaration and register visitor details and manage visitor management system.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Admin & Operations Manager/Director/CEO

**Job Specifications**
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year working experience in administration and/ or billing.
- Experience in procurement is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player with the ability to work and collaborate well across all levels
- Resourceful, adaptable to changes and able to think on the feet
- Able to communicate effectively with clients.
- Computer Literate
- Responsible, self-motivated and service orientated
