Job Description:

  • Assist with monthly financial closing activities and prepare clear summaries and forecasts for all entities.
  • Develop accurate financial forecasts, analyze variances, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Ensure all reporting processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with system requirements.
  • Manage the consolidation of monthly forecasts, providing detailed commentary on variances and resolving unusual discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare periodic management reports and presentations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of annual, mid-term, and long-term budgets.
  • Provide administrative support to Management, including scheduling, managing appointments, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support the goals and objectives of the Business Planning Department.
  • Handle progressive billing, taxation matters, and lease management particularly those related to the construction industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in progressive billing, taxation, and lease management (preferably in the construction sector).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear insights.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • CA or ACCA qualification (or currently pursuing registration) is highly preferred.
