Join our thriving team at ORTHOPAEDIC & HAND MRI (OHM) as a full-time Clinic Assistant. Situated in the Novena Central Region, this role will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting our healthcare professionals and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients, managing patient flow and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Attend to inbound calls and assist with enquiries
  • Assisting healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures
  • Submitting insurance claims and issuance of tax invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and confidential medical documentation
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns
  • May be required to provide concierge service to customers from and to MRT or drop-off locations
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the efficient running of the clinic

What we're looking for

  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification
  • Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Customer service-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Has genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
