Central Region, Singapore Private Advertiser Full time $2,500 - $3,500 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-ins and phone call appointments.
  • Provide professional recommendations on massage treatments and services.
  • Ensure guest information is accurately updated in the guest registry.
  • Perform administrative duties such as daily spa revenue summaries, cash float management, general reports, daily revenue tracking, client profiles, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate spa therapist schedules.
  • Promote membership packages to clients.
  • Assist in daily operations and maintain a clean and tidy premises.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Spa Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education with basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Commit to a 6-day work week.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service
  • Pleasant personality and hardworking.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good teamwork abilities.
