Job Responsibilities

  • Support tendering process with activities such as preparation of the tender, issuance of tender, receiving and analyzing tender submissions.

  • Perform contracts administration including reviewing change, contractual entitlements, drafting of correspondence, reviewing of contractual deliverables and dispute resolution mechanisms (if any).

  • Support and liaison with the Project Team to ensure timely submission of deliverables during various stages of the projects.

  • Assist with internal reports/tracker for project administration and monitoring.

  • Assist with drafting of the payment certificates.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Applicant must be a full-time current student

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

  • Possess basic computer literacy. 

  • Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical role and long-term strategic initiatives. 

  • Proactive, ability to adapt to fast paced environment.  

  • A passion for working with diverse workplace.  

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data, and document procedures. 

  • Approachable and responds appropriately to queries and feedback.
