**Job Description**:
**Procurement Intern**

As an intern in the Procurement department, you will be supporting the team in Procurement in supplier review and supplier onboarding for the APAC Region

**Responsibilities**:

- Review the supplier database and cross check the completeness of supplier information in respect to the compliances set by the group
- Work with Category buyers in the region as well as suppliers to collate and upkeep supplier information in our e-portal
- Help review mapping of applicable frame work agreements and suggest its viability in APAC region
- Track and share the local frame work and local agreement validity
- Help review current process and suggest ways to improve/enhance to achieve higher productivity and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
- Able to commit to a 6 months internship

- Gain key exposure of APAC Suppliers and understand the dynamic intricacies of each countries.
- Experience working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, with opportunities to interact with both local and international colleagues.
