IT Procurement Intern

Internship Period: 12 January July 2026

Job Description:

The IT Procurement Intern will gain exposure in various tasks relating to sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations and procurement risk. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience for anyone considering a career in Procurement.


•    Prepare procurement documents, which may include requests for proposals (RFPs) and purchase orders.

•    Update Procurement database and tools to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

•    Analyze market trends and supplier performance and contribute to category management and sourcing strategies.

•    Prepare procurement reports and presentations.

•    Resolve Procurement issues.

•    Exposure to collaborate with cross-functional teams within ASO.

•    Exposure to working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

•    Exposure to end-to-end procurement processes.

•    Develop negotiation and vendor management skills.

•    Develop market analysis and strategic sourcing.

Job Requirements:


•    Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
