We are looking for a Merchandise & Content Executive to join the dynamic team. This role offers the chance to combine creativity with execution, supporting the development of branded merchandise and digital content that strengthens audience engagement and brand visibility. From assisting in product design and vendor coordination to creating content that tells compelling stories, you will play a hands-on role in bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end process of merchandise development — from research, design input, and production coordination to quality checks and distribution.
  • Liaise with designers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise within budget.
  • Assist in creating and managing content calendars across digital platforms (social media, website, email).
  • Draft, edit, and publish engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and resonates with audiences.
  • Coordinate product launch campaigns and promotional activities to drive awareness and sales.
  • Monitor cultural and market trends to contribute fresh ideas for merchandise and content themes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partnerships teams to align merchandise and content initiatives with overall brand strategy.
  • Track and report on the performance of merchandise and content efforts, providing insights for improvements.

Requirements :

  • 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, marketing, or content creation (experience in lifestyle, retail, or creative industries is an advantage).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with a good sense of design and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with merchandise production processes and digital content platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Passionate about creativity, design, and creating engaging brand experiences.
