Office Administrator Contract

Duration: Able to commit 7 Months Contract
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, temporary accommodation, and visa/work permit application processes.
- Manage security access control, including door access rights, access card creation/deactivation, and after-hours support.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment.
- Oversee procurement and replenishment of office supplies, equipment, and pantry items.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Organize office activities and events (e.g., meetings, event planning, town halls, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless workflows.
- Ensure all office operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder with at least 4 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator.
- Strong understanding of office management procedures and policies.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, PivotTables, etc., PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Meticulous, analytical, organized, resourceful, independent, self-motivated, and able to take on challenges.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven experience managing or supporting a large number of employees, preferably 500 or more headcounts in MNC environments.
