We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports
  • Process petty cash/expenses claims
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
  • Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
