Program for Aspiring Engineers

The Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) is Vertiv Asia's early talent development initiative. Designed for graduates, PAVE offers a structured six-month experience that combines:
- On-the-job training (OJT) within functional teams
- Technical and product training across Vertiv's portfolio
- Project-based learning aligned with real business needs
- Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals
- Performance feedback to support growth and development
Participants are placed in roles across Sales, Technical Services, or Engineering, and are supported throughout the program to build foundational skills and confidence.

Program Structure
- Blended learning: Instructor-led sessions and self-paced modules

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical & electrical engineering or related disciplines
- Strong technical and application knowledge of Thermal Management specifically in HVAC products Or Power Management focused on UPS and backup system power
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Learning agility and the ability to stay abreast of trends and strategic landscape
- Strong communication, teamwork attributes to work with sales and various stakeholders in the organization.
- Good presentation skills to both customers and internal employees
