As an Personal Assistant cum Driver to Chairman, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage the CEO's daily and weekly schedule, ensuring smooth flow of meetings, appointments, and personal routines.
  • Coordinate personal and professional calendar entries, including meals, workouts, and errands.
  • Handle travel planning, including bookings and detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for personal communication and errands.
  • Maintain reminders for key dates and tasks.
  • Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Liaise with household staff and external service providers as needed.

Requirements:

  • With Degree in Business Administration or any relevant studies.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of prior working experience.
  • Travelling may be required.
