We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized Designer in Event & Retail with strong project management and communication skills. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with clients, vendors, and our in-house production team, and deliver outstanding event experiences and retail environments. Honesty, teamwork, and openness to feedback are essential in our work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop event concepts & themes – Collaborate with clients and event planners to create creative concepts and themes that align with their needs, goals, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with production & suppliers – Work closely with the in-house production team and suppliers to source materials, fabrication, equipment, and services, while managing relationships and negotiations.
  • Monitor project progress – Track timelines, performance metrics, and prepare regular status reports.
  • Ensure safety & compliance – Make sure all event elements meet safety standards and comply with regulations, including fire safety, health, and accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members – Partner with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to execute design projects successfully.
  • Assist in production – Prepare files for print and production, ensuring all specifications and formats are correct.
  • Manage multiple projects – Prioritize and balance several ongoing projects to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Event Design, or a related field
  • Proficient in creating 3D impressions, shop drawings, technical drawings, and as-built plans using tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to meet and coordinate with clients as needed.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines to ensure all visual materials align with the client's tone, style, and messaging.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
