Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange logistics, such as catering, venue booking, etc for training courses and exams
  • Collate and submit finance documents to process payments
  • Review course applications accurately
  • Manage Learning Management System for Courses
  • Assist in supporting learners and trainers for all admin matters for courses and exams
  • Liaise with stakeholders for course processing matters
  • Collate and create assessments in the systems
  • Budgeting for new intake exams and courses
  • Co-lead some CET courses
  • Handle general enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Facilitate course workshops, whether in-person or virtual
  • Support examinations and courses during office and non-office hours by performing tasks such as invigilation and onsite support for courses and exams

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a minimum 1 year of working experience in admin or operational support role
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams
  • Able to work weekends and after office hours, with an off-in-lieu provided
