Overview:

We're seeking a strategic, organised, and creatively-driven Brand Marketing Executive to shape and amplify the presence of our education brands through national campaigns, flagship events, community-building, and storytelling initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life — from concept to execution — and is passionate about driving meaningful engagement with students, parents, teachers, alumni, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale branding campaigns and signature events that strengthen our brand visibility and impact
  • Identify and pursue new brand-building opportunities through partnerships and thought leadership platforms
  • Build and grow a vibrant community of alumni and students
  • Plan and manage the production of brand videos that showcase our values, programmes, and stories
  • Drive public relations efforts — from writing press releases to securing media coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and compelling brand experiences

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or public relations (experience in education or youth-focused organisations is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Confident in visual storytelling, branding principles, and campaign/event execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience with community-building or alumni engagement initiatives
