Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, greeting patients, and handling phone calls professionally.
  • Attend to patients and perform front desk duties, including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing.
  • Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
  • Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
  • Assist doctors during consultations to ensure patients' needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in pediatrics would be advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills.
  • Able to commit to the clinic operating hours (Mon to Sat: 8:30am to 1pm)
