We need a true business partner—someone who can hold their own in C-suite discussions, challenge decisions with data, and drive commercial impact beyond the numbers. What You'll Actually Do
  • Partner with C-level and senior execs—not just as a support function, but as a decision enabler.
  • Challenge assumptions with strong financial insight—be the voice that questions, refines, and improves business decisions.
  • Get into the nitty-gritty of operations—work with teams on revenue growth, cost efficiencies, and strategic pivots.
  • Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis—but with a focus on what the numbers mean for the business.
  • Handle high-pressure environments and demanding stakeholders—this isn't a back-office role.
  • Build and drive financial models that matter—not just spreadsheets that get filed away.

Requirements

What We Expect
  • 10+ years in finance, specifically in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
  • You've dealt with C-level execs before—you know when to push back, when to push forward, and how to handle the heat.
  • You're not just a number-cruncher—you think like a business owner.
  • Strong analytical skills, but more importantly, a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and high expectations.
  • No egos, no excuses. Just results.
