Job Description

The intern role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and review Letters of Engagement (LOEs), which serve as master agreements with clients
  • Organize and maintain a structured repository of LOEs
  • Extract and compile key information from the LOEs, including SLAs, services, commercials, and timelines
  • Develop dashboards using Power BI or AI tools to visually present key metrics and parameters

Key skills and attributes required:

  • Technological proficiency, with experience in Power BI and dashboarding being a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
