The Opportunity:
  • Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a Data Analyst.
  • The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in ML model development using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn, with strong Python skills and familiarity with backend development, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and collaborative tools such as Git and CI/CD.
  • Role will start off as a 18-months contract assignment.
The Job:
  • Develop and evaluate ML models for synthetic data generation, testing performance across various data types and tuning models to improve results.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build product features involving data preprocessing, imputation, constraints handling, and privacy metrics.
  • Troubleshoot model issues and assist users with training failures or output quality, communicating solutions in a clear and user-friendly way.
  • Create documentation to explain model choices, parameters, and concepts in an accessible manner for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup to integrate ML models into production systems and participate in code reviews and planning.

The Talent:

Essential:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with 2-3 years' experience.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience in ML experimentation, model tuning, and debugging training or data issues.
  • Basic knowledge of backend development (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and modern software engineering workflows.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to privacy-enhancing technologies, synthetic data, or differential privacy.
  • Familiarity with frontend integration (e.g., ).
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary product teams.
