Support Staff - Client Relations Unit

[Tenure: 4 months Contract]

The Client Service Unit's Support Staff will serve as an integral front-facing ambassador between members of the public and SINDA in addressing their queries, attending to needs and always ready to go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring a Positive Client Experience

  • Assisting with the management of day-to-day client service operations across all modes – calls, chatbot, emails.
  • Attending to walk-in clients in a positive, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information on SINDA's programmes, services and events.
  • Ensuring that the front desk is well-maintained for operations.
  • Routing clients to appropriate departments for appointments and follow-ups.
  • Respond to client service issues and follow-ups to ensure resolution in a timely manner.

SINDA Fund Administration

  • Assist in the smooth administration SINDA Fund contributions.
  • Engage with applicants and related stakeholders on SINDA Fund matters.
  • Ensure that applications are processed in a timely manner.

Data Accuracy & Reporting

  • Ensure that all client service activities are recorded on relevant systems, accurately and within stipulated guidelines.
  • Ensure full accuracy and completeness of data.

  • To undertake any other duties, as assigned by RO/HOD.
