We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Services Professional to join a global banking client's Private Banking division on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you will provide valuable support to the Market Head (Private Banker), ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience for high-net-worth individuals.

*CACS Papers are required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Private Banker and their ARM in managing client relationships and portfolios.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing client documentation, financial transactions, and account openings, including KYC and periodic reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of client requests.
  • Handle routine client inquiries and offer general administrative support.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in private banking or wealth management is preferred.
  • Any experience covering other Asian markets would be ideal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen attention to detail, particularly when handling financial data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
