Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service support via email and phone.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage sales orders from entry to completion.
- Allocate stock and coordinate delivery for customer orders.
- Maintain close communication with customers through regular meetings.
- Provide problem-solving support to value-added customers.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Recommend and promote new products to existing customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
- Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP knowledge or Pivot table or VLOOKUP
