Position Summary

You will be part of the Group Tax team based in Singapore overseeing global transfer pricing ("TP") & Pillar 2 related matters.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the Group's TP policies, TP calculations, tax journals and advisory matters and implementation of Pillar 2 advisory and compliance for the countries where the group operates in.
  • Responsible for global TP and Pillar 2 compliance work, monitoring TP and Pillar 2 reporting timelines and ensuring appropriate TP documentation are in place by filing deadlines.
  • Assist with any TP / Pillar 2 queries/ audits by working closely with external service providers and finance and shared service centre teams.
  • Actively monitor, research and analyse any changes in TP / Pillar 2 rules and regulations in countries where the group operates in and assess impact from latest relevant regulatory / tax developments.
  • Assist with the development of Group TP strategy and planning, work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on implementation.
  • Work closely with finance teams to address any queries in relation to Group TP policies, related party transactions etc.
  • Responsible for the Group's Country-by-Country Report ("CbCR") filing and local notifications.
  • Manager the Group's Pillar 2 policy implementation and compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on tax law developments, OECD guidelines, and international tax trends related to Pillar 2 and global tax reforms.
  • Any other work assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Tax/Accounting/Finance/related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of solid transfer pricing experience in Big 4 firms and 4 years in MNCs in house tax departments advising on global/regional TP policies, reviewing TP charges and allocations for services and loans.
  • Strong technical knowledge of OECD and Singapore transfer pricing & Pillar 2 regulations
  • Experience and knowledge in broad spectrum tax areas (e.g., GST/VAT, CIT, withholding tax, transfer pricing etc.) is a plus.
  • Great team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn and resilient.
  • Highly motivated by challenges, have implemented regional/global transfer pricing policies and able to work independently.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position.
