Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking highly self-motivated and talented Junior and Senior Architectural Designers/Architects to join our expanding studio in Singapore. If you have a compelling design portfolio and a drive to see your ideas realized, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be integral to our project team. Your duties will include:

· Supporting all project phases, from feasibility studies and conceptual design to detailed development and construction.

· Preparing high-quality presentation materials, drawings, and models for client reviews.

· Engaging in client, consultant, and technical meetings.

· Conducting site inspections and providing solutions for design and coordination challenges.

· Overseeing construction stages, including contract administration to ensure design integrity.

· Managing project administration and ensuring adherence to local building codes and regulations.

Who We Are Looking For:

· A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

· A strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill.

· In-depth knowledge of Singapore building regulations and authority submission processes.

· Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

· Exceptional attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense.

· A proactive, self-motivated mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and consultant liaison.
