Job Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

Health Services Evaluation:

  • Conduct implementation and economic evaluations (e.g. cost-effectiveness, cost-consequence)

  • Perform budget impact analyses and financial projections

  • Build decision-making models (Markov, decision trees, microsimulation)

Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Design and implement data collection systems (quantitative & qualitative)

  • Analyse large healthcare datasets using statistical methods

  • Apply qualitative methods to identify factors influencing outcomes

  • Create data visualisations for reporting

Knowledge Dissemination:

  • Write evaluation reports and executive summaries

  • Contribute to academic publications and present at conferences

  • Document best practices in healthcare innovation evaluation

Requirements:

  • PhD (or Master's with strong experience) in Health Economics, Implementation Science, or related fields

  • 5–10 years' experience in health services research/evaluation

  • Proven experience with economic modelling and healthcare data analysis

  • Skilled in statistical software (e.g. Stata, R, SAS) and qualitative tools (e.g. NVivo)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
