Medical Event Marketing and Operation Executive

Job Description

  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including delegates, faculties, suppliers and partner organizations in the medical field.
  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships: managing doctor enquires and following up with their requests;
  • Assisting in managing the production of marketing materials, including weekly EDMs, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, etc,
  • Assisting in managing & designing of the IFAAS digital marketing campaign
  • Assisting in creating shareable content appropriate for medical networks to spread both our brand and our content
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Liaising with designers and printers;
  • Conducting ongoing research within aesthetic medicine area to further your industry knowledge and develop potential partnership acquisition
  • Contributing to, and developing marketing plans and strategies
  • Monitoring Competitor Activity
  • Assisting in organizing local and international IFAAS training
  • Assisting in source the most suitable venue for training courses globally
  • Assisting in on-site planning, set-up, execution of IFAAS training
  • Servicing customers in a professional, service-oriented manner during the execution of daily work and onsite at training courses
  • Assisting on Master Class operation including speaker assistance and support

Job Requirements

  • Highly-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
  • Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Achievement driven and a good team player
  • Require to work during the weekend for the event dates
  • Team performance bonus in recognition of collective achievements
  • Able to travel overseas for work (Optional for Interns)
