Events Planner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Manage event sign-ups across various platforms.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure a smooth planning process.
- Provide administrative support, such as document preparation and RSVP management, while contributing creative ideas to enhance our events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event planning and platform management is a plus.
- A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
