**Jobscope**:

- **Event Planning & Execution**: Lead the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of finance-related events, from initial concept development through to successful delivery.
- **Vendor & Contractor Coordination**: Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors, including those responsible for sound, lighting, staging, and catering, to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to create engaging promotional strategies and campaigns to drive event attendance and visibility.
- **On-site Event Management**: Ensure seamless event-day operations by managing staff, coordinating schedules, and addressing any on-the-day challenges promptly.
- **Post-event Evaluation**: Conduct thorough post-event reviews to assess success, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement in future events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualifications of GCE A levels or Local polytechnic diploma
- Proven experience in events planning
- Strong organisational skills, communication skills and problem solving ability
- Flexibility to work on weekends when required
