Quality Management System (QMS) Inspector

What You'll Do

  • Conduct inspections to ensure processes and documentation meet ISO and organisational standards
  • Prepare compliance reports, track non-conformance issues, and recommend follow-up actions
  • Support quality audits, maintain detailed audit records, and monitor trends
  • Assist in handling enquiries, disputes, and appeals related to compliance
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, and coordination

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in any discipline; background in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Safety is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / QMS standards preferred
  • WSQ Graduate Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health or ISO auditor certification is an added advantage
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
