Join our team as an Airfreight Executive (internal title - Customer Focus Executive), where you'll be the main point of contact for customers and play a vital role in keeping shipments moving smoothly.
What you'll do
- Handle bookings, shipment tracking & client updates
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors & internal teams.
- Prepare airfreight documents (MAWB, HAWB, DG, BL)
- Process billing & invoicing accurately
- Support issue resolution & customer satisfaction
- Assist sales with quotations & post-booking follow-up
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in freight forwarding/logistics (airfreight preferred)
- Strong in airfreight documentation, billing & invoicing
- Excellent coordination & customer service skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
