About the Roles

We are looking for an Associate HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Woodlands. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week (Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.45pm). The role comes with an attractive package, including basic salary, transport allowance, and variable bonus (VB). You will play a key role in overseeing HR operations and driving initiatives that support both employees and business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead recruitment efforts and manage smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Oversee work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and system workflows.
  • Drive employee engagement, training programs, and performance management processes.
  • Manage employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, including time, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR assignments as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
